A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve the date. The remaining balance is due one month to the wedding date. Payments are made through a secure online invoice/payment link.

Additional coverage may be added with mutual agreement, based on availability and the wedding day timeline. Extension time is billed at the package hourly rate.

Cadence of Grace LLC retains copyright to all photographic and video work. A personal-use license is included, allowing sharing and printing for personal purposes (online and offline). If you prefer that the work not be used for studio self-promotion, share that during booking and we’ll honor the request.
